To ensure payment of Part Time Instructors’ salary to the correct individuals, it has been decided to effect salary payment through ECS.
In this connection, the Headmasters of Middle / High/ Higher Secondary Government Schools where the Part Time Instructors are working are directed to instruct the Part time Instructors to open a savings bank account in Nationalised / Scheduled Banks only in their vicinity so as to facilitate the HMs to credit their salaries through ECS in the Savings Bank Accounts, after deducting proportionate salary for the days of absence, if any. Salary shall not be paid in cash, henceforth.
The details of Bank Accounts of the Part Time Instructors to which ECS are to be credited may be collected Block-wise and kept in the District Project Office starting from the month of September 2013, the salary should strictly be paid through ECS only.
